When will I receive my order?
Since all of our clothing is made by order, our processing time is 10-14 days. Once your order is completed, it will then arrive to you within 3-5 days after it has shipped. Due to the current pandemic, there may be shipping delays. Once your package have left our warehouse and shipped by carrier selected, we cannot assume responsibility for delays. Due to the pandemic delays, we now offer Shipping Insurance, Route Shipping Protection that may be added at checkout.
Route Shipping Protection ensures protection of your purchase in the event that your package becomes lost, stolen, or damaged. After you purchase the shipping insurance at checkout, you will receive an email with instructions on how to file a claim, if necessary.
I am dissatisfied with my order. What's my next step?
While it is our greatest intention to provide our customers with excellent customer service and high quality products, we understand that sometimes things happen. We do not refund because of buyers remorse because our orders are customized and made to order by your customized selections. However, we always want to keep our customers happy and excited about our products. I want to purchase a gift for someone special. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
Blue Fire Boutique do offer Gift Cards. If you want purchase a gift for someone, we do offer gift wrapping. In the notes section on the checkout page, just simply let us know that its a gift and what message you would like to include in the gift wrapping.
